100 degrees yesterday in the shade...I did a garage sale and cleaned out the house of extra lamps and extra things.

Friday was DQ friday of course, 2 new inductees to the secret club of the cone!

2 Art pieces found a new home last night! You Didn't Hear It From Me as well as Trinity...a great feeling.



Last night was filled with new friends old friends and plenty of Art Talk.

It was also for me a reminder of why I do what I do!



All in all, a busy week, Physical Therapy, Painting, Getting back into a routine after a week of vacation.



This is me working with a laser cane at P/T...the concept is, everytime I put the cane down on my right, a laser appears on the floor that I need to try and step thru-causing me to put more weight on my left side and bend my knee. This as well as other things I'm doing is helping to build my confidence back up in my muscle action...reworking the brain.

Left brain/right brain...it's all good, just thankful to be here.



Notice my left foot is swollen...comes from exercising it, no worries, it doesn't hurt...just frustrating.

Raining on and off today, perfect day to paint and create a mess!

The visit was great...have some fun memories till the holidays! Looking throughout the house all week long, I remembered milestones in my life.

A pic o Ricky, SuSu, Robert and myself. One of my first paintings I ever did. photos of the family everywhere, Pop's photos framed a proudly on display. Mom's afghans in every room. Grandmas quilts, Grandpas barber chair. I could go on and on.

Time with family is priceless..doing puzzles, playing wii fit, cooking out, frying chicken, swimming, spending some great time on the boat, visiting with relatives and friends...just relaxing.

Still my favorite place in the house was out of the house, on the deck, overlooking the huge back yard and watching the hummingbirds, getting their fix. Great place to just be still, going from a human doing, to a human being...



I'm going to start on a painting this week called Heart Matters. More on all of this later...I need to start my day.
